Not only does it make you look good and help you boost self confidence, you can also prevent yourself from getting scoliosis–and you wouldn’t want that. My sixteen year-old sister has mild scoliosis and she looks a bit distorted ’cause her right hip is protruding, but it isn’t that obvious if you don’t look that closely.
So remember folks, maintain good posture, it’s good for you!
