On printer and scanner sharing
mumblings February 19th, 2010We’ve been having trouble with the printer and scanner in the office for the past few days. Paper jams, ink refill… you name it. The only problem is we’re having a hard time pinpointing who is responsible for the printer and scanner mishaps since they’re both shared by everyone.
With the monthly report due next week, everyone’s being stressed out with this simple printing and scanning. Frankly, the best solution to all of this is for the company to provide one printer and scanner for each department, have them sign an accountability form, and perhaps get a document scanning software to make everything easier and more organized. What do you think?
