When your body cannot handle the stress anymore, it fights back. Stress causes the body to produce toxins which can often lead to serious illnesses.
Most people take stress for granted, thinking that a simple day off can easily take off the stress in the body. As this may prove true to some, most people, after a vacation leave, just feel the same way they had before their time off. Often you will hear them ranting about feeling old at a young age, or perhaps hear them searching for the best weight loss pills.
So what are the best ways to cope up with stress? Well since stress causes our body to release toxins, we must fight these toxins by living healthy. A balanced diet, and active lifestyle, and a clean living environment can help counteract the effects of stress. Natural detoxification like fruit diet, fasting, and exercise will do the trick.
