On being healthy indoors
fitness & sports, mumblings July 16th, 2009*sigh* It’s been weeks since I got sick, and although I got my appetite back (more or less), I still need to gain some weight to look and feel healthy.
I’ve been planning on taking swimming lessons since last month. But due to several unforeseen circumstances, and now the extremely rainy weather, that may not happen anytime soon. Which is why I’m leaning towards something indoor… Perhaps Yoga or even just the basic treadmill.
Hmmm… I think I’ll go for treadmill for now. After all, it’s not only indoor, I can also use it at my convenience – even while watching my favorite TV series. ^_^ Now where do I get the money to buy that equipment…
