Don’t Forget Your Vitamins

There are a lot of diseases out in the world today, and prevention is always better than cure! It’s a lot better to take care of yourself first than taking care of others and seeing yourself end up as the one who got worse.
So if you want to help others, help yourself first.

I am agree it is very important to take vitamins, expecialy during the flu season. it boosts you immune system. i forgot to take it yesterday, but i will take it today. Thanks for the remainder, Karina
