One crash diet that works is eating fruits and vegetables only. Make sure you eat a good mix and balance though that addresses your nutrient needs. Know the nutrients of each fruit and vegetable. Some who have gone on this diet feel weak because they eat only greens – and on their first day of dieting, at that! Everyone of us still needs carbs, just the healthy kind.
Another crash diet that works which can be mixed with the first or done by itself is to drink raw juices of fruits and vegetables only, with no solid food. To prepare your body for taking in juices only, though, take one to two days of eating just fruits and raw vegetables.
So these are crash diets that work. And to keep that weight off, include fiber-rich fruits and vegetables in your daily diet and cut down on meat and complex carbohydrates that are not so healthy like white bread and white rice.
