mental fitness October 11th, 2008I noticed that I seem to lack a lot of vitamins in my system lately, and I can say that I’ve seen better days for my body. Ha ha. I’ve been soooo sleepy that I’m starting to have problems with my attention span, not to mention my work quality as well.
Don’t be like me! Have enough rest and of course, take your vitamins every single day! You won’t regret it. I tell you.
