Realistic Results

I watched Nikita earlier and I couldn’t help but notice Maggie Q’s amazing abs. I started searching for muscle enhancing, post-workout drinks to help me improve my flabby body structure, and I found anabolic halo.

I have never been very confident about my body structure. One of the reasons as to why I have low body self esteem (If such a term even exists) is because I have mild scoliosis. My hip is slightly tilted so I experience back pains from time to time.

I believe that if I reduce my baby fat and turn them into muscle my scoliosis wouldn’t be as obvious and I be more confident about my body, so I decided on this.

I have been worrying about side effects linked to drinks like this, and I saw a lot of positive reviews about this specific products and that it doesn’t have any serious side effects that come with it.

I also admire how this product doesn’t promise something that’s too good to be true. I tend to worry when that happens. They assure results that are realistic.

Weight loss without exercising?!

At first I thought weight loss products are only effective if you actually exercise daily and refrain from eating too much.

A friend recently proved me wrong. She said that there is such a product called sensa that apparently advertises effective weight loss without diet, exercise or supplements.

I am really intimidated. I have never heard of such a thing. I’m going to recommend this product to all my friends, and see if it really is what it is cut out to be.

I did a little research and found out that it works through a person’s olfactory senses. You just have to sprinkle this above the food you’re about to eat and this will help your body feel full quicker than the usual so you do not overeat.

The science of this product is quite amazing, and I can say, I’m quite impressed.

My personal stress reliever

Way back in high school, our idea of a good time would be going to the arcade, Timezone, to be specific, and play games like Time Crisis, and sometimes rent a room and sing karaoke songs.

It was pretty fun, actually. I miss those times when all it took to cheer me up were hanging out with my friends in a mall, just goofing around like nothing else mattered. We’d play pranks on people who’d laugh along with us after, and think of even sillier stuff to do– nothing that we ever regretted, of course.

Singing your heart out can actually be a good form of therapy. It can make you forget life’s worries for a few minutes, and you can express yourself well through the rhythm and words of a song of your choosing. It’s something I look forward to doing with my friends each weekend.

What do you do to relieve stress?

The Best?

Most of us females think of one thing when it comes to choosing diet pills.

what is the best diet pill for women?”

This question seems to be unanswered until the moment, even if many websites nowadays offer us the privilege of giving their own reviews and letting them make the decisions for us.

Still, the credibility of these websites go to question. Are they really what they say they are? Are their reviews really accurate? We can only take their word for it.

What I’m trying to say is, there are a lot of great diet pill review websites out there, but be careful in choosing which ones to trust. If more than three websites agree on the review of a certain product, then it would be safe to assume that what they have in common is in fact true.

Be wary of the websites you visit, that is all.

Me and my lack of growth

Up until my second year in high school, I used to always sit in front when our teachers arranged us by height due to the fact that I was a frail, puny child. My mom was worried about this so she made me take various human growth hormone types of pills and vitamins.

They seemed to work. When I was in second year high school, we had to buy three different sets of uniforms because the uniforms kept shrinking. Just kidding, I grew too fast that the uniforms became unwearable for the size wasn’t appropriate anymore.

I have tried so many that I’m not even sure which is which anymore. Do you have any experiences with human growth hormone pills as well? Feel free to comment.

Acne on an adult

My aunt recently linked me to acnetreatmentgel.org and I can say I’m quite pleased.

Even with my age right now, I still have random acne breakouts. What brought this to my attention was how my friends noticed it on our high school reunion, and it made me start worrying. I guess it’s partly my fault for being so caught up with work and the stress it gives, and I can’t really say I had fun or did something to unwind in quite a while. I can also blame my diet for this. I haven’t really been that careful with what I’ve been eating lately, as well. With our current society focusing on aesthetic beauty, I guess this can be quite an issue. I am actually quite grateful that my aunt showed me this, it turned out to be quite a good website and I tried their product.

I’m still checking to see the results, but so far, it’s good, and I’m happy. Taking care of yourself once in a while doesn’t hurt, you know.

Help A Friend

Can anyone link me to pronexin reviews?

A friend of mine who’s currently taking up BS Statistics is checking out reviews on various diet pills and writing down their pros and cons, doing random surveys to people and writing down the results for her thesis.

Apparently since most of the people nowadays use diet pills, they realized it was appropriate to choose this for their thesis topics.

Most of us now are concerned with our appearances, mainly because the media influences us a lot in this matter. We’re in an age where we get trends from what we see on the television and internet, and this is a good example of it.

If you have any relevant links for this, feel free to comment and it would be greatly appreciated.

The Ideal Woman

Another issue I’ve been wanting to tackle is how society pictures the “ideal woman”.

Most of the women we see on television are pretty, flawless, and skinny female with great figures. The sad part is, only a few women have this kind of figure.

Thanks to breakthroughs in modern science, however, products like nuphedragen came to existence to help women with low self esteem to start doing something about it.

The REAL sad part is, what is pleasing to the eyes isn’t always as pleasing to the touch.

On essential female health-hygiene routines

For women ages 23-33, especially those that are of marrying and child-bearing age and would like to have a baby soon, it is very essential that you include pap smear and transvaginal ultrasound in your routine. That’s aside from the usual selection of women’s vitamin and integration of regular exercise.

This is because based from studies, a lot of women, especially the sexually active ones, usually find out too late that they are at the late stages of cervical cancer. This could have easily been prevented had they only gone through the every six-months or once a year pap smear and a vaginal ultrasound.

Pap smear screening can identify potentially precancerous changes. And in developed countries, according to Wikipedia, “the widespread use of cervical screening programs has reduced the incidence of invasive cervical cancer by 50% or more.”

A transvaginal ultrasound, on the other hand, is very essential especially for those who are planning to have a baby. As described by Jennifer Gerics, “It is a diagnostic test which gives a magnified view of the cervix, uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes (if visible), the endometrial lining, and surrounding (adnexal) areas.

Transvaginal ultrasound is used to evaluate a variety of abnormalities of the female genital tract. Some of these include the endometrium of women with infertility problems or abnormal bleeding; sources of unexplained pain; congenital malformations of the uterus and ovaries; ovarian tumors and cysts; possible pelvic infection; and causes of infertility.”

Although those two aren’t your usual every-six months hygiene routine like your teeth-cleaning routine, integrating them into your health and hygiene yearly must-do routine can make a huge difference in your life. As always, prevention will ALWAYS be better than cure.

The Neverending Issue About Pills

fitness essentials, tips & tricks No Comments »

I have realized one thing. Even if you say that diet pills exist to help you lose weight… It still is entirely up to you. I mean, you can take one of the top diet pills but if you don’t have the discipline to take it regularly, or to eat the right kind of food, it’s all nothing. I cannot stress this enough.

I realized this when my cousin started taking diet pills, she was getting thin for a bit, but she was inconsistent and she stopped, now she’s even fatter than before, no offense. Learn from the mistake of others, guys, and have discipline, that’s all I can give you.
