I have realized one thing. Even if you say that diet pills exist to help you lose weight… It still is entirely up to you. A while ago, we had an informal breakfast meeting with some friends in the office. One of the topics opened was “can we really trust diet pill reviews?”, that is regarding the effectively of their pills. The fun chatting came to a serious conversation as everyone of us had previous experience with review sites.

So can we really trust them? The answer really depends on what site, how it is presented, and the details they are presenting. Say for example unofficial review sites from forums. We cannot really rely on them because some of the posters might have been paid to make that post. Blogs are even worse because it may be a paid blog for the product.
