Most of us females think of one thing when it comes to choosing diet pills.

This question seems to be unanswered until the moment, even if many websites nowadays offer us the privilege of giving their own reviews and letting them make the decisions for us.

Still, the credibility of these websites go to question. Are they really what they say they are? Are their reviews really accurate? We can only take their word for it.

What I’m trying to say is, there are a lot of great diet pill review websites out there, but be careful in choosing which ones to trust. If more than three websites agree on the review of a certain product, then it would be safe to assume that what they have in common is in fact true.

Be wary of the websites you visit, that is all.

Alcohol and sleeping pills: a no-no combination!

People who are depressed are prone to combining alcohol and sleeping pills to fall asleep. While the combination can help you fall asleep, you might not be able to wake up.

With your heart rate twice as fast, alcohol makes you feel numb and tired. It slows your reflexes as well, and when combined with sleeping pills that also make you feel overfatigued the only thing you want to do is sleep. However, the components of both alcohol and sleeping pills are not a good mix for your liver.

When you sleep, your digestive system works to digest what you ate and circulate the nutrients all over the body and detoxify it from harmful elements. If you drink alcohol and take sleeping pills, the stomach works double time at night while you sleep. Acting as a temporary reservoir for yet to be digested food, the stomach is forced to release acids for the alcohol and drug. The alchol, drug and the acids all irritate the stomach, which could result to hypermotility, abdominal pain, heart burn, and in worse cases, death, if there are too much complications to deal with,

If you really find it hard to sleep, you need to think twice before combining these two depressants. Or maybe, it would just be better to find more natural ways to sleep. Read books you like. Watch TV. Live healthy – eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly. Better safe than drinking, taking a pill and never waking up.

Remember the scene in the movie New Moon when Bella was surprised after seeing Jacob all buffed up? I had the same reaction yesterday when I saw my brother after his six-month deployment abroad. Damn he looked like one of the characters in Expendables. He was so buff that his abs look like a piled up stack of bread. I asked what he did and he said that he went to the gym regularly.

I was not quite convinced. Going to the gym cannot make you zero to hero in just six months. So after dinner I asked him again.  And so he admitted that he took hgh to make his muscles develop faster. HGH stands for Human Growth Hormones. These are now usually famous among body builders. Just a warning, these supplements are not really “natural”. Well they say they are, but natural hormones are secreted by the body so it is impossible to extract it and package as a pill.

I did get a bit worried about what my brother told me. I had not always been in favor of supplements because of side effects that may come from using it. Good thing my brother was wise enough to seek his doctor’s approval first before he took the drug.

I have a friend who tried selling weight gain pills.  As soon as he gets a hold of his merchandise, people from ads and from word of mouth started calling his phone left and right.  Curious enough, these customers are willing to try whatever it takes to lose weight and increase their self-confidence by changing the way they look.

It seems that these people are very happy with the results their getting.  My friend even made a remarkable business out of the demands of his regular clients.

So more sales, more profits.

But taking a closer look, one would ask “are these weight gain pills safe?”  And I would say, the answer to that is maybe – as it really depends on what it’s made of.

Normally, if a particular pill is labeled as a “food supplement”, it means it’s something to supplement the diet.  And normally, those that supplement our diet also came from natural food sources.  So it usually follows that whatever we take in excess of what’s necessary, we’ll just either pee or poop them out.

But it’s an entirely different story about pills labeled as “medicine / drug”.  Normally, pills categorized under these have side effects.  And it’s not easy to pin-point whether reactions are side effects of the said pills. Better look for the best weight gain supplement suited for you.

All I can say is that before taking something (especially pills, or those that goes into your mouth), be sure to get to know them thoroughly.  Hey, it’s your health – you are the best person to take responsibility for it.

As the old saying goes, prevention is better than cure. They forgot to add one thing– it is cheaper, too!

With the current state of the economy, financial stability is quite hard to achieve, and spending all of your savings on unneccessary things that you could have prevented before would end up to more complications, really. And who would want that?

So take your daily dose of multivitamins for your body to have antibodies against the various diseases that are out in the open nowadays. One of the best investments that a person can ever have is health, and you better keep that in mind.

My aunt found out that my cousin had a drug problem. This worried her so that she reached the point where she could not sleep for days.

I kind of pitied her when I saw the dark circles in her eyes and this forlorned look in her face. It’s like it suddenly dawned on her that she failed as a parent.

You couldn’t really blame her though. My cousin has the wrong friends.
