My friend Louise has been collecting various kinds of wristwatches ever since I met her. We’ve been friends for four years and I am looking at citizen watches and picking out a perfect birthday gift for her.

I noticed she doesn’t have a citizen watch yet because most of her watches have jelly or leather straps. I thought maybe a citizen watch would be good for her collection. It was either that or five handkerchiefs, and, well, since I have a job now I don’t want to be a cheapskate. We’re good friends, afterall. Haha!

She literally has a watch in almost every colour for almost every outfit, but I haven’t seen her wear a citizen watch yet, and she mentioned saving up for one, so I figured it would be a good present for her upcoming birthday.

Do you guys have any specific designs or brands to recommend? I’m not really a watch person myself, so I don’t know what’s good and what isn’t. :(
