Everything on us decrease as we increase our number of years of existence – we lose things that we value as we age. Like younger looking skin, energy level, sexual ability – name it. As we grow older, the way we look and feel go along with the number. However, many have been convinced of one solution: human growth hormones. In spray form.

Human growth hormones spray and pills increase your HGH levels, and who wouldn’t want that? However, HGH spray is said to show more effective results than HGH pills. According to resources, it increases HGH levels naturally.

Oral HGH spray is just like your regular breath freshener, only that the spray of course contains growth hormones. – You get to absorb the hormones faster, thus making the method more effective. You don’t need to worry yourself too much about waiting for the ingredients to be digested and circulated in your blood, with some ingredients being wasted on the process.

Some benefits are that HGH spray does not need prescription, so you can get yours without seeing a doctor, and that it is not as expensive as true artificial injectable HGH. Plus, it doesn’t contain harsh ingredients – it only boosts your body to produce more HGH.

Sleep sweetly naturally

fitness advice, health & society, tips & tricks No Comments »

With everything that’s been going on, it’s understandable why people result to taking the sleep pill just to have sweet dreams. While sleeping pills may be effective, remember that good sleep hygiene is still the best remedy.

If you find it hard to sleep, try exercising regularly. Studies show that difficulty in sleeping can be attributed to poor blood circulation. Exercise can help improve your blood circulation, so no more sleepless nights!

Think happy thoughts. Most of the time, stress is the number one cause of difficulty in sleeping. It is true that it is easier said than done, but remember, all problems have solutions. Happiness is a choice, so be happy always so you can sleep better. You’ll find that you’ll be happier in the morning. :)

Live healthier. Eat a balanced diet. Our food list affects more than we notice it does. Try slashing unhealthy choices off your list, and replace them with healthier ones. For instance, take out junk food gradually, and eat more fruits. You’ll reap the fruits of your hard work by being able to sleep without taking the sleep pill.

Remember not to be too dependent on the pill when you can’t sleep – you have other options as well!

Great Deals and Discounts

I have recently been hooked to Sears. I find most of the necessities that I need on that shop, and it’s where I find most great deals in.

I took my sister to it once and she had these shiny eyes that seemed like a kid’s first time in a candy store. She was so happy to go there and she said it seemed like she was in heaven. I couldn’t help but laugh. She learned to love discounts and sales because of me, and this is probably the reason why we’re both broke!

At least I have an idea what to give her this Christmas. I’m planning to get her sears coupons so she can pick whichever one she wants. I have a hard time picking out presents for everyone, you see.

Do you have any other shop with great deals at reasonable prices? Kindly comment here and I will be more than happy to explore that shop and post a review on this blog.

Perfect Enamel Cookware for that Perfect Dish

health & technology, tips & tricks No Comments »

Coming from a family of food lovers, cookware is my big love. When I received my first set of enamelware, it was love at first sight!

I like glassware, but there are other options. Stainless steel is not that costly and durable, but it can be hazardous to health. Plastic is useful in storing food, but it is not something you will use in cooking as it is not heat-ready. Cast iron or copper is usually covered with porcelain to make it health-friendly, with its weight being a major disadvantage.

When choosing that perfect enamel cookware, remember to consider health risks. Is it safe to cook using that cookware? Does it produce or emit dangerous elements or compounds when put into high heat, or just heat for that matter?

Cooking food is one gesture of love. If it involves health risks, it’s a dangerous love to give and take, so be careful!

Manufacturing Green Industrial Equipment

While browsing for a new tractor, these words popped out of my search: eco-friendly, less carbon footprint, green choice.

Have you noticed that a lot of machineries and industrial equipment now bear some sort of “environmentally safe seal”?

The manufacturing industry has been more and more conscious of it impacts on the environment recently. Most manufacturers have been intensifying their visions and missions by integrating environmentally- friendly goods, services and practices. A better and greener way to development, isn’t it?

The government has been giving away incentives to companies that manufacture green industrial equipment and materials. These incentives also, somehow, push the manufacturing industry to comply with the regulations and develop shared environmental responsibility and accountability.

More and more government units are enticing companies with incentive schemes that promote technology, techniques and the environment. These incentive schemes help shape and set the market in motion, with more considerations to Mother Earth.

Saving up for Christmas Presents

mumblings, tips & tricks No Comments »

Yep. It’s true. It’s the “ber” months has officially started (In case you didn’t get it, it’s Septem-ber, Octo-ber, Novem-ber, and Decem-ber). You know what comes into mind at that time of the year? Holidays and presents! Hooray! ^_^

Then again, I need to start looking for gift ideas this Christmas season. After all, my budget would depend on my gifts. But to start with, I need to list down the people I intend to buy gifts for. Hmmm… aside from my family and our house helpers, there’s my four Nth level friends… around seven close friends… that’s it! Oh, and there’s me! I always give myself a Christmas and Birthday present. You should too! Not only is it fun, but you deserve it as well. ;)

Since I’m the type who buys presents that’s either very useful or are sure to make those people jump up and down with glee… at this point, I need to start setting aside some cash for that. What about you? When do you intend to start saving up for those gifts?

Office Laptops or Desktops?

mumblings No Comments »

We’re moving to a larger office next month! Finally! Our current office is way too cramped and we’re quickly expanding to the point that both morning and night shift now occupies all work stations.

My fellow managers are hoping they’ll get a laptop computer instead of the desktop. As for me, I prefer the good ol’ desktop. Having an office laptop computer is such a hassle in terms of security. Anyone can just snatch it out of your desk. To cap it off, I’ll need to take a cab home everyday just to make sure I don’t get robbed with all those sensitive files. Oh, and there’s an issue wherein your boss expects you to work even at home and during weekends since you have the laptop with you.

Don’t get me wrong, I love laptop computers. What I do NOT want are office issued laptops. What about you? Which do you prefer?

Sports

Equestrians give me this weird feeling of intimidation.

Everytime I go to Tagaytay or Batangas and I see horses or people riding them, I have this unnecessary need to rent a horse for a few minutes and ride on its back until my bum hurts.

I don’t know, really, there is just something about horse tacks and equestrian outfits that amazes me so.

Engaging in sports every once in a while is good for the body. We wouldn’t want to live a mundane life without any physical activity, would we? Our body would end up deteriorating without us noticing at all.

Physical activity not only helps us have fun and socialize, it also helps us to maintain our bodies, to put them into good use.

What kind of sports do you engage in? How often do you practice or play? Feel free to comment, I’m willing to try out various games out there, just for the heck of it.

I was looking for some catchy design furniture for my new branch when I noticed that there are so many choices. I went crazy! :D

Nowadays office furniture keep up to the changes in style, sometimes even in fashion, which have been taking place. You need to find out what design furniture could go best with your office furniture. It might help if you have a concept first, but there are times that having a good look at what office and design furniture are available in the market.

Additionally, the choice of office furniture would depend on your requirement. Is your office spacious enough to house big design furniture such as huge antique dividers? Would your clients love decor from Asia? Or would you love Zafari-inspired office furniture? There are a lot of options available, ranging from the simplest to the most intricately designed, but of course the choice is always yours.

If you really want to make sure of your options, you could always consult an interior decorator to help you get the best purchases for your office.

On Christmas, Presents, and Surprises

I cannot believe I have four god-children at this age – all of them girls by the way. Consequently, now that I have a high-paying job, as early as now, I need to start saving up for suitable Christmas gifts for girls. You’re probably thinking it’s way too early to think about that. However, given the fact that prices starts hiking up during the Holidays, buying gifts this month means I also get to buy those at a cheaper price. 0;) Am I good, or am I good?

Truth is, I love shopping for gifts. I especially love it when I get to see the recipients’ faces light up with excitement, and then jump up and down with glee after seeing what’s inside that mysteriously enticing box. What makes me really love the gift giving is when it’s very unexpected. Like what happened last Friday when I went to the mall with my friend. I gave him a LapDesk and his reaction was quite fulfilling. ^_^

I love surprises. I love being the giver and receiver of surprises. I can’t wait to see my god-children’s faces lit up when they open their presents!
