Height is Might

In our country, there are many men who struggle with their height for a lot of girls their age are taller than them. We have a patriarchal society, so it’s natural for males to feel superior. The sad part is, height problems won’t help them attain that feeling.

Many people have developed hgh supplements, the question is, do they really work?

Yes, they do. If you know what to choose.. I used to be the smallest in my class, and now I stay at the back of the line when we’re arranged by height!

THE Job offer

mental fitness, mumblings No Comments »

It’s been more than a year since I’ve been inside the building of my previous company. With my heart pounding loudly with anticipation, I noiselessly enter my previous CEO’s office. I see him staring blankly at his glass windows while mindlessly smoking his tatuaje. He sees my reflection in the glass windows and slowly breaks into a smile. He inquired, “How’s your more than a year of working in that company?” “It was everything I’ve imagined and more! I’m learning a lot AND earning a lot.” I enthusiastically revealed.

My previous CEO sadly smiled and asks, “Is there any way you would consider consulting for my company?” It was the offer I’ve been waiting for years. It was an acknowledgment that the company needs me and how much of a loss my leaving was to the company. “What are the terms?” I asked. The negotiation begins…

Yep, that’s the scene I want to have after I decide to leave my current, dead-end job right now. All I have to do to make that possible is to save 3-months worth of salary, start posting my resume online, and then file my resignation letter as soon as I get THE job offer I want – training with the best SEO and SEM plus management skills training.

Outer banks here we come!

The heat is on! My friends and I will be going to the beach tomorrow to avail of the vacation package we bought six months ago. We booked last December to get some huge discounts when it was still winter. Anyhow, it is the third time that we will be going to the Outer Banks because we really love the place. Great people, good food, and the night life is just amazing. One of my friends plan to buy a property there so that we can go there anytime we want. He works as a real estate agent and he heard about some Outer banks foreclosures that are now on sale at a relatively low price.I’m pretty excited right now as I pack my things up. I just need to double check on my stuff like towels, bathing suits, lotion, sunblock etc. Oh I really hope my friend gets a good deal so that we can finally achieve our dream of living near the outer banks for a month. Anyhow, I think I need to buy some stuff in the grocery. This is it for now, enjoy guys!

Home organizing

“Why don’t we build a studio in our vacant front lawn? We’ll make the walls into an all-glass and furnish it for visitors and small drinking parties,” Anne, my artistic sister who’s into outdoor décor nowadays, pitched in to us over lunch. The idea of having an all-glass studio in front of our house is actually quite appealing. Only, we need to have our basement and rooftop fixed first.

Anyway, with her being newlywed and leaving with her husband to New York in a few months time, and with my brother getting married soon, the house will be quite empty – so having that studio might not be that practical.

“How about a walk-in closet in the hallway?” suggested Ruth, my youngest sister. Now THAT’s a practical idea. We’ve been having trouble organizing our stuff for the longest time now and it’s all due to lack of cabinets and placeholders. We all agreed that with proper installation of customized cabinets, our house will look sleek and much more inviting in no time.

For you 3Gs fans at work

mumblings, tips & tricks No Comments »

Since the recent release of the iPhone 3Gs most iPhone 2G users in the office sold their iPhones for a cheap price. Take for instance my colleage, who offered me her iPhone 2G for just fifty bucks. Of course, I grabbed the opportunity and even asked for a five dollar discount. I have been wanting to get one of those phones but I was just too cheap to get a new one.

What my colleagues do not know, the new iPhones are basically just the same as the first version. Yeah the specs say it has a faster processor, higher capacity memory, and a faster cellular internet connection. This is all true, however, who needs it? For instance, faster processor and larger memory will only be an advantage for resource-hog applications, which the iPhone does not have. As for the faster cellular connectivity via 3Gs, this will only work in locations with excellent 3G signal. Unfortunately, our office is basically a dead spot for cellular networks so no use for a 3Gs here. Unless a cell phone repeater is installed in this building, 3Gs users won’t be able to get any 3G signal. Anyhow, I think you get the morale of the story:

Never get a 3G device without a 3G connection. Hehe.

Mac or Sony for a laptop?

mumblings No Comments »

I just received a call from the technician telling me that my laptop cannot be repaired anymore because most of the broken parts are already obsolete. You see my four year old laptop broke down last month and I took it to a service center. The initial check showed that my laptop overheated because the internal fan was not working anymore. Fortunately, I backed up my files just a few days before my lappy crashed.

My laptop already served its purpose. Four years for a laptop is already eighty years old for humans so basically my laptop had it coming. Now I have to find another suitable laptop for me.

I did a lot of reviews and the lappy’s on top of the list are the Mac and the Sony VAIO. Mac’s and Vaio’s are well known for their reliability, robustness, and quality (and high price of course). Comparing the two, I found the Vaio to have better hardware specs and the Mac to have better application specs. They are both a thousand bucks so I must decide wisely. Please let me know if you have suggestions. I really need some help here. Thanks a lot.

The Best Fat Burner: A Healthy Lifestyle

fitness advice, health & beauty, mental fitness, tips & tricks No Comments »

I’ve come to believe that out of all the fat burners out there, be it a ab machine, sauna belt or something useless you bought on the home shopping network, the best way to burn fat is to lead an active life. The problem with trying to lose weight while lying on your back at home or just sitting on the couch is that, well, you can’t.

Developing a healthy body is a lot of hard work – and it’s even harder to maintain. Some people don’t realize that people in magazines and billboards have to work very hard to look the way they do because they look good for a living. It’s good to lose weight, but it’s always a good idea to know why you’re doing it. If it’s because you simply want to look more attractive, then forget about it because using your own insecurities as motivation can only get you so far. Developing a healthy body is a result of a complete overhaul of your lifestyle including a healthier diet.

Mystery Electronica Artist

I was listening to a great track online that literally sounded like it was produced on another planet. It had so many otherworldly effects. It communicated a certain kind of mechanical chaos, but, at the same time, superfluous undertones of a kind of peace and harmony – which nails the head on how I feel sometimes about the city.

Alas I wasn’t able to find anyone at the party where I heard it who knew the song – which I thought was quite strange. It made me wonder if maybe I had been drinking too much and that I hallucinated the song altogether. Admittedly, that was a likely scenario; but I began searching intently on the Internet for the song or the artist regardless. My memory of the lyrics were quite vague and it ended up bringing me to website I would otherwise never have come across; like, believe it or not, estatecarinsurance.com. Finally, I found a blog that described a similar sound from agroup called Telefon Tel Aviv. I hope they’re what I’m looking for.

It’s how you use it!

Last night, after what was, to me, a more than satisfactory performance on his part, my boyfriend started asking me how he compared to the other men I’ve been with. Now normally I wouldn’t entertain such questions, but I decided to answer him anyway since I wanted to see just how insecure he’d get. Sure enough, after telling him about the exes and how hung they all were, things got awful quiet.

It didn’t bother me until I caught him popping some pills one morning. He nervously told me they were just vitamins – but he was never a good liar. He finally confessed that he read some Enzyte reviews and decided to try them. Apparently Enzyte is a natural supplement engineered for ‘male enhancement’. I didn’t bother asking what exactly it ‘enhanced’, because I figured I’d find out during the next few nights. Guys, take note, it takes alot more than a big shaft to take a girl to heaven so get over it – although it certainly does help, and I secretly hope Enzyte works.
