Not only does it make you look good and help you boost self confidence, you can also prevent yourself from getting scoliosis–and you wouldn’t want that. My sixteen year-old sister has mild scoliosis and she looks a bit distorted because her right hip is protruding, but it isn’t that obvious if you don’t look that closely. She’s currently undergoing physical therapy to correct that though and to ensure that her scoliosis does not get worse.
So remember folks, maintain proper posture, it’s good for you!
