Did you know that maintaining good posture has a lot of benefits? Not only does it make you look good and help you boost self confidence, you can also prevent yourself from getting scoliosis–and you wouldn’t want that. My sixteen year-old sister has mild scoliosis and she looks a bit distorted ’cause her right hip is protruding, but it isn’t that obvious if you don’t look that closely.

So remember folks, maintain good posture, it’s good for you!

Eat Right

Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables–that’s what my mother always says. She’s never been wrong, so I live up to what she says, and I can say I’m a better person now because of her!

We all know that they don’t all taste good, so I tried tasting each fruit and vegetable out there and I chose some that I like. I personally like apples and leafy vegetables.
