Too Much Salt

fitness advice No Comments »

We all can’t live without salt. We use this as an enhancer for the taste of our food. Without this, our food would be bland.

If you value you and your loved ones’ lives, please reduce the amount of salt you put into your food. Too much salt in your diet can lead to various diseases like muscle cramps, dizziness, or some other disease that can lead to something tragic like neurological problems.

I suggest drinking a lot of water if you think you have too much salt on your diet. Try drinking 8-10 glasses a day. This could help you process the salt in your body.

A Smart Woman In Australia

tips & tricks No Comments »

My relative Belle with her whole family - - husband and two young daughters, moved to Australia to become permanent residents of the country. Belle is a businesswoman and frequently travels in and out of the country. In one of her emails, she told me that whenever she travels, she is protected by the Travel Insurance Australia, which means she is buying the insurance every time she travels.

Knowing that Belle is a smart woman and she heeds to my advice, I will inform her what I learned from a friend in Australia that it will be best for a person like her who travels a lot to buy an Annual Travel Insurance. This will save her money and also time, since she can buy through the Online Travel Insurance. For children, like Belle’s daughters, LOVE is spelled T-I-M-E. In addition, I will also tell her to choose an insurance company that gives automatic coverage to her two minor daughters whenever she brings them along in her trips.

A smart woman like Belle, knows how to harmonize her career and family life. No amount of success in one’s career can compensate for the failure in the home.

Are you aware that most of the food nowadays being bought at the market are full of preservatives? Well by now, you should know that these preservatives aren’t exactly good for us.

I, for one, used to be addicted to instant noodles during my high school and college years. Even my sister is currently addicted to those products. It worries me that if my sister gets too addicted, she might have a kidney problem or some other disease brought about by the MSG in these products.

So before you start patronizing canned goods or instant food, please think twice in buying these. I’m not asking you to stop eating these products, just limit them so you won’t die early and leave your loved ones here on Earth.
