- You need to exercise your eyes. During short breaks in regular work hours, and blink several times, and roll your eyeballs clockwise and counterclockwise. One minute is enough.
- If you’re working for long hours on the computer, look away from your monitor every hour for 5-10 minutes. Looking at distant objects, preferably those in soothing green, and then returning to your task helps your eyes focus better.
- Drink lots of water. You must be puzzled by this. According to my doctors, drinking plenty of water helps reduce puffiness because when you’re dehydrated, as a defense mechanism, your body starts storing water causing puffiness around your eyes.
